Multi Parameter Teststation OMI+ optimal for production use

Borgwaldt KC constantly improves their instruments in order to deliver optimal solutions and to meet every requirement in today's manufacturing and laboratory environment.
In this regard we are happy to summarize today the modifications done on our Teststation OMI+ in the past. The OMI+ is an automated measuring station for weight, pressure drop, filter and paper ventilation and diameter and total length for cigarettes and filter rods as well as filter rod triacetine options.
The OMI+ is now available in either three or four measurement module versions to provide the greatest level of customization. Further improvements have been made to minimize the overall height for whichever version selected.
Also the following improvements can be summarized:
- The PD/Vent module now offers the possibility to add auto-calibration checking using a built in standard
- Enhancements to the PC and software
- Simplified maintenance access
The OMI+ is an optimal solution for fast and effective quality control on the production floor by delivering accurate results either on-line direct connected to the maker or as a stand alone device in the production area.
