The DT product line was developed before the background of increasingly stringent customer requirements for an extremely flexible test station for precise quality control of cigarettes and filter rods for use both in production and in the laboratory. Each DT station is structured modularly: From a total of 7 measurement parameters, the customer can assemble his own test station with up to 5 modules individually. Each module is also available as a stand-alone device.
The DT station is microprocessor-controlled and equipped with an LCD touch screen.
DTW
Individual determination of the weights of cigarettes and filter rods with the help of electronic scales.
DTS
Determination of the diameter and/or circumference of cigarettes and filter rods with the help of a micro-laser according to ISO standard 2971.
DTPV
Measurement of draw resistance and ventilation with the help of a vacuum controlled by CFO (Critical Flow Orifice) according to ISO 6565 and ISO 9512. Alternatively: DTPVE for filter or strand ventilation.
DTLN
Linear measurement by means of a laser micrometer.
DTM
Determination of humidity by means of microwave technology.
DTH
Hardness measurement according to one of 3 approved methods.
