The Borgwaldt KC DTLW is a net tobacco weight measurement instrument for cigarettes. The DTLW is ideal whenever a quick-but-accurate on the spot weight measurement of the tobacco in a cigarette is needed.
Method:
1. Determination of the total weight of the cigarette
2. Extraction of the tobacco
3. Weighing of the remainder (paper & filter).
The difference is the net tobacco weight.
